WORK IT OUT, TALK IT OUT

In conjunction with 2nd Wednesday, we are introducing Work it Out, Talk it Out! Lindsay Williams, our resident personal trainer, will be leading our Jr and Sr High students through a series of high intensity exercises followed by small group chit chat. Lindsay recognizes that exercise can help students deal with stress, anxiety, and depression and wants to provide a safe space to do so. All levels of athleticism welcome and encouraged to join! Bring comfy clothes, closed toed tennis shoes, and a water bottle!
